She and Melissa Luna helped me with my chapter 7 when I truly felt hopeless and terrified that I had no options and would lose everything. They patiently answered my MANY phone calls and emails which is saying something becaus...e I can be a pest and someone who needs to know every detail of everything. The debt relief she helped provide along with preventing foreclosure was more than I could ask for. Covid crushed my small business just when we were expanding and having had to personally guarantee much of the debt I incured with that was almost too much to bear when the business finally ended. I was drowning in debt that most people couldnt imagine and felt like there was no hope. After talking to many other attorneys, I was sure they would take my house and everything I owned and still leave me with 7 figure debt to pay. But Susan calmed me down and worked with me while explaining the process and how she could help me. Which was a ray of sunshine I must admit. Because I had zero hope.
