I got a dui about 20 months ago. I work in Accounting and even a pending misdemeanor was enough to cause me to lose out on job offers. When Jed or Trinidad walk into the courtroom, the prosecutors, judge, paralegals and other lawyers all want to say hi to them. Yesterday I got the call out of the blue they dismissed my case.

I could go on and on about this lawyer but to be super short and sweet HE BEAT MY CASE. From the beginning he was veryyyy honest with me.. He under promised and over delivered which is what I love about this man. He kept it straight forward with me and told me what could happen but what he would try to do. He isn't hard to reach and is always there for you when you need him. He was on time and always made sure I felt comfortable. He was more of a friend lawyer instead of the lawyers that get your money and never answer and have you nervous for court. He was very VERY AGGRESSIVE which made me feel like he was fighting for me. Hire Jed he's the best

If you have no idea what to do please call the number and get a consult. This was going to be my first offense and had no idea what to do, who to talk to, or where to start. Mr. Silverman listened very well to my situation and understood what needed to be done. He broke down everything that was going to happen and rest assured me that my case was in good hands. Mr. Silverman has an excellent team and I was always informed and up to date with case appointments. I would have probably been given an unfair trial and worse if it had not been for the Law Office of Jed Silverman. I will be recommending Mr. Silverman as a success lawyer to anyone in need.

On felony probation I was faced with a motion to adjudicate on 2 felony charges, 1 charge of robbery and 1 charge of assault on a police officer. The motion to adjudicate was filed due to a terroristic threat charge in which I was arrested. After bonding out of jail in the misdemeanor charge of terroristic threat and showing up for court, I was immediately re arrested before seeing the judge as this new charge violated my probation. Mr. Silverman got me bond set on my 2 felony charges & began putting in work on my behalf to best my cases. In a timely manner, my misdemeanor charge was dismissed, and shortly after my motion to adjudicate was dismissed and I recieved a successful completion of my probation as all charges on all cases were dismissed. I am extremely satisfied with Mr. Silverman's efforts and would highly recommend his services to anyone in need of a defense lawyer.

My wife and I are so grateful to Jed Silverman. My verdict on 8/22/2016 was Not Guilty after a tough trial in a Montgomery County Courthouse. This courthouse had not seen a Not Guilty Verdict in 2 years. I honestly believe Jed is the best criminal lawyer there is. Jed demolished every witness and argument the prosecution presented with a deep understanding of the law, an impeccable logic and revealing the incongruity of the prosecution statements and the evidence.
Trial was my only option. It was a tough trial that the prosecution fought until the very end. The closing speech gave the jurors the right guideline on how to do their job correctly and sentence accordingly.
Today, I write this review while I enjoy my freedom thanks to this man.

DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY!! If you value your time or your money. If I could give this guy no stars I would. Hired him to represent me, and has not done a thing for me since I hired him nine months ago. I payed this guy a lot of money, and my case somehow keeps ending up at the bottom of his to do list. Staff is okay, but I'm not paying for customer service, I'm paying for legal representation, which I've yet to receive. I may have a change of opinion if things take a turn for the better.

From the first time I met Jed Silverman he was nothing but honest. I trusted him and listened to what he had to say and he did the same for me. He said he would win my case and he did indeed! My case was dropped before going to trail. It was a good day and I will be forever thankful for him and his entire staff who worked hard for me. No doubt he is the best lawyer in Houston.

No words can express my gratitude for Jed Silverman’s service. He truly saved my life and my entire future is full of opportunity once again because of his perseverance and assiduous efforts which ensured that the only acceptable outcome regarding my case was fulfilled when I walked away a free man. Due to a mountain of legal issues, this was considered an all-or-nothing case which Jed was able to turn into a resounding victory.
Jed is the guy you want. Jed is the guy that tries and WINS the very hard or seemingly impossible-to-win cases. With Jed, a dark and desperate situation can be turned into a glowing victory.
I can sincerely say that Jed is the only lawyer I would ever consider referring to my friends, family, and loved ones to ever again. Jed is one of the most highly reputable attorneys in the state of Texas and this comes as no surprise when one considers his courtroom demeanor, professional temperament, respect for his clients, and most importantly his well-documented winning streak. Jed is a legal champion. It is no wonder that the magazines refer to him as a “Texas Superlawyer.” When Jed walks in the courtroom, the prosecutors shake in their boots.
I admired being able to have direct transparency and clear communication with my attorney without the worry that I may be judged, shamed, or embarrassed. He really made me feel comfortable at all times and I never doubted him. Jed did not just know the implications of my case; he also understood the consequences for my future as well. I was charged with a very high degree felony and faced decades in prison, but thanks to Jed, I am free. He was able to prove my case before the court and in the end, justice prevailed.

When I was arrested for a DWI in November, I felt extremely helpless. They got a warrant for my blood and the result was extremely high and I felt as if I was going to be convicted of a crime that would tarnish my record and completely change my future. I have high ambitions and have worked very hard to be at the place that I am right now in my career and I only want to continue and go further in the future. Having this on my record might have meant that I would be unable to pursue certain career and personal goals that I have worked so hard to achieve. When I was referred to Jed Silverman, I was at the point that I felt so lost and confused about the legal system and my case that I was contemplating just pleading out. Even though I knew that I was being wrongfully accused, I did not see any other way since the State had claimed my blood was at a BAC of .172. This would have meant that I would have been at a BAC of .20 through .24 at the point of arrest! This was absolutely untrue but I felt cornered and out of options—who would believe me over the prosecutor and the blood test. Jed assured me that I did have options and he told me that I should fight for my freedom rather than giving in. Giving in would only mean that I definitely would have this on my record and my future would have to change.
Throughout the process, Jed and his partner were there for me. His entire staff worked around the clock preparing and researching for my case to help give me a fighting chance. When I felt confused, scared or alone they helped explain the process and made me feel more in control than I could have hoped for in such a situation. After 8 months of preparation, we went to trial. I could not have asked for a better attorney. Jed Silverman fought harder for my freedom than I thought possible. He not only is a firm believer in the legal process but he is also a man who fights for people to see the truth. He made the jury see the disconnect between my video and the BAC level that he State claimed they got from my blood. For three days he vigorously represented me and went beyond my expectations. I have always been passionate about the law but there have been times that I have felt the system was corrupt. He made me realize that there are still attorneys out there that represent their clients and the law in such a truthful and passionate way. He gave me hope that even with all the politics and corruption you see in the system, there is still a fighting chance for people like me. He used his legal knowledge and his genuine passion for his clients and after three days of trial, I got a “Not Guilty” verdict from the Jury. I want to be clear that even if I had been convicted, I would recommend Jed Silverman to any person in my situation. He gave me hope in a hopeless situation and I can single-handedly thank him and his partner for giving me the chance to continue and work my way up to where I want to be in my future. He forever changed my life and I WOULD WITHOUT A DOUBT RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE.

Jed Silverman was my lawyer on two different legal issues. He is probably one of the best lawyers in Houston. He's very professional and is very skilled in what he does. Although he is not very easy to contact directly, its understandably so since he probably is in many legal matters. At times it was very difficult to get any answers or direct contact from him at all. His staff would mostly be guiding you through the small things but once your talking to him directly face to face he is very patient and reassuring. I would recommend him to others and have him represent me again.
