Unprofessional Jackwagon

Extremely rude attorney, insulting to criminal defense clients, thinks joking with staff and making sexually divisive comments in front of crowds in his office is funny. Absolutely should avoid this crotch-rocket attorney because he will screw you over and waste your time and money.

Court room Beast

Norm is a beast in the court room. Hes very intimidating and powful in the court room. He keeps it 100 all the way. Hes very honest about what he can and cant do. Hes highly intelligent and makes his clients feel comfortable. However he is a tid bit expensive but hes worth every penny. He represented... me for my state and federal case and i was very pleased with both outcomes. Thanks norm

Norm Silverman

Yes, at times he will not return phone calls , he does not hold your hand , no bed side manner. Used him in state and federal . Cost me all money I had . Yes , he is expensive . If u pay attention at his initial appt , when u hire him he tells what to come , what to expect , what he can do for you . ...After that if he has something to tell u will contact you . He dosent like to repeat himself . Used him in 2004 . No regrets . There is not enough money or words to express my gradutude for this man . The way he conducted himself with his client in the courtroom. Wherever the client sat he stood right beside him. U don't pay him for his bedside manor . U pay him to represent u in the courtroom . And a lot of judges don't like him . This is a fact . He is great at what he does . And deep down his hard exterior , he is a great person too.

BEST CRIMINAL DRUG DEFENSE LAWYER IN HOUSTON HANDS DOWN

I have used Norman Silverman in state and federal cases. I highly recommend him. If he doesn't show up to court and sends his assistant there is a reason. There will come a time when your case is important and another client will be reset by his assistant because he is helping you. As for him not ret...urning calls that's not true. The truth is courts go by facts and paperwork clients ask a million irrelevant questions that just take up uneccessary time. HE WILL FIGHT FOR YOU.

The Truth

he will fight for his client and give honest suggestions. if there is any violations of your rights he will find out. he's worth every cent he asks for. when you go to battle with him; he treats you like your family. he want stop fighting for you no matter what. i put my life in his hands and i'm st...ill free; while the other defendants on my case; lawyers didn't even try to fight for them. norm got me a bond even though every defendant was no bonded. i thank god everyday for my freedom and blessed to have met norm years before i would need him as my lawyer. i can go on and on how good he is; he has helped others i know too. if you want someone that's going to fight for you til the end and treat your life like it's his life. you better hire norm.

"I fully endorse this lawyer. Norman Silverman and I represented different clients in a major federal criminal case in Miami, Florida. There were 27 individuals charged in separate indictments and there were many prominent attorneys involved representing other clients. However, Norman took the lead and everyone followed his aggressive approach. The federal government saw that they were up against fighters and dismissed the charges against everyone, which is completely unheard-of. I believe that if it wasn't for Norman setting the standard, some of the lawyers would have forced their clients to plead guilty and get over 10 years in jail. The lawyers that were not willing to fight were fired. I find Norman to be a knowledgeable and passionate attorney and would love to work with him in the future."

"5 July 2012: I just got back from watching Norm disembowel the State on a motion to suppress in state district court. I've been practicing criminal-defense law for seventeen years, and this was like a postgraduate class in the suppression of evidence. I sat back and watched as Norm got the evidence—three ounces of cocaine—against his client and mine thrown out. Now, Norm may not have the best bedside manner. I'll grant his critics that much. But when the chips are down and it's time to get to work, there is nobody better to have on your side. Nobody."
