INCAPABLE
This guy is unbelievable!!! I don’t know how Mr. Burns passed the bar??? Mr. Burns refused to even attempt to understand my case, showed up totally unprepared (obviously hungover) and late to every hearing. Mr. Burns prejudiced the judge and completely sabotaged my case. Incompetent
Shelby Burns did nothing to prepare or even attempt to understand my case. He showed up 4 hours late for court. He provided absolutely NO defense whatsoever. Shelby is a great lawyer and also a great person. When i was charged with my DWI he never gave me any false hopes and told me how it was. He was always in contact with me about how my case was progressing and my DWI was dismissed! If you have a DWI/DUI Shelby is the lawyer to go with!
