Replied last October 28, 2025Mr. Indianer: You are not (and never have been) our client. We know all our cases and everything that is going on in them. Occasionally, when we do a really good job for our clients, the party on the other side gets very angry and resentful. In this case, you kept your child away from his mother for months and we went into court and got a court order requiring you not to interfere with your son's access to his mother. You have now, once again violated the court's order and are still keeping him away. On the same day you filed this, false, criticism of us, you had received our motion asking that you get only supervised visitation. Contrary to your claim that we stir up controversy--only to enrich ourselves--we have incurred thousands of dollars in fees--that may never be paid--helping to ensure your child is returned to his mother. The only person driving up attorney's fees in this case...is you. You think that--if you make this expensive enough--we will abandon her and our client will be defenseless. Since you are representing yourself pro se, you are free to call Mr. Oggero and discuss this matter in full at any time. Mr. Oggero is an excellent lawyer who we are proud of and his success in helping your son is what triggered you to file this untruthful review. Anyone who is fortunate enough to get Mr. Oggero as their counsel will get top notch legal representation.
