Class A CDL traffic ticket dismissal

I have had two accident tickets with a CDL class A licence and in both times Douglas team have had ticket dismissals. Its important to me to have a clear driving record and going to Attorney Douglas Adkinson was the best thing I can do. They truly take care of you.

Best Criminal Defense Lawyer!!!

Douglas Atkinson was amazing! There are not enough stars to award him with in the reviews. He fought harder for my husband, for our family, harder than I ever imagined anyone would. He fought and never backed down. The challenges that were thrown in our direction he threw them right back and prevailed. I cannot thank him and his team enough for all of the hours put in to this case that was prepared for for almost three years. This was a very challenging case but that did not stop the determination and fight that he gave for my husband and for our family to be able to leave together. Down And Out Of Luck

Being up against the wall and backed into a corner feeling hopeless until this man and his team of professionals were recommended to me by a few acquaintances. All saying, "I'm crazy if I have anyone else represent me!" That they had hired and or someone they knew hired Mr. Doug Atkinson and were very happy with their outcome. I must confess hands down he and his team are the go-to Law Firm around! Mr. Doug Atkinson was able to work with the prosecutor in finding a fair solution and got my case dismissed. Criminal misdemeanor charge

Excellent Choice

I was in my opinion falsely arrested, and I went to Doug for help. The process took while because of Covid, but my name was cleared and my record expunged. All due to Doug’s hard work and his team worked together to help me. He is easy to reach and talk to, and made himself available when I had questions and concerns. I recommend him and would use him again. (But let’s hope that is never necessary again)

Worth Every Penny

Doug and his team did everything in their power to make sure I received the outcome I was looking for. Best defense attorney hands down.

Doug Atkinson and his staff deserve a 10 star but unfortunately five was as many as I the system allowed. This fine man and his team brought justice to me and I will forever be in his debt. Doug Atkinson is a very intelligent caring professional that I only hopped I would find. He made solid decissions which allowed me to obtain the best possible outcome and I want to STRONGLY suggest you allow him to do the same for you. You owe it to yourself. Professional, Honest, Determined

I hired Doug as my attorney because he was personable, was straight forward with what I could expect for an outcome of my case and was very professional. As the case went on, Doug and his staff were always friendly, answered my questions and kept me up to date with the latest developments in my case. Once all the evidence was out, Doug told me he was confident he was going to be able to get my case dismissed. Which is exactly what he did! I met with several other attorneys before deciding to hire Doug. The other attorneys seemed like good, even great attorneys, but with my record and livelihood on the line, I wanted the best. Got my case dismissed.

Mr. Atkinson is the best lawyer in Montgomery County by far. If you're in a situation, hes the man to go to. He got my case dismissed and I never had to go to court. I was faced with a 3rd degree felony, strangulation. I'm so glad I went with him. I went to 6 or 7 other lawyers for a free consultation before I met him. They all acted like I was a POS. This man spoke to me with dignity and respect. To be honest, he reminded me of what a bad ass TV lawyer looks and talks like. I felt confident leaving his office that I was in good hands and knew I was going choose him. Hes well respected and liked by the courts and judges and DA. Helps a lot. They know he knows his stuff and a case involving him won't be a cake walk.

Best possible outcome

We hired Doug Atkinson and his team to represent a family member who was arrested for DWI. It was not an easy case for him or us because of past similar incidents and an incriminating video of the arrest. The journey to the outcome was not easy but we completed Doug's process and followed his instructions which resulted in the very best case scenario. We were very happy with his team, their approach and the results.
