I am an experienced trial lawyer. I am licensed to practice law by the Supreme Court of Texas, State of New York, and State of Illinois. I am also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas, The United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court. As a former felony, misdemeanor, and juvenile prosecutor, I learned the art of being an effective trial attorney, the proper way to present evidence that a jury can understand, and how to make an effective argument to obtain the desired outcome.
