My 20 yr old son was accused of serious false accusation. We had hired another lawyer, but he was misinforming us and confusing our case with others. My son was in the military, enjoying his training for his new career. Because of the misguidance, my son was removed from the military base and sent... to the county jail in Florida. In finding out, I contacted the original lawyer and he had mentioned that my son would be extradited back to Texas in 10 days, he later mentioned it would be 30days. As a parent, I could not bear to see (video chat) or hear my son upset over the phone calls. I was not accepting that my child was going to sit in jail for 30days in another state during Covid. I was not satisfied with the lawyer’s response. By then, my son had stayed in jail for 14days. I then contacted another lawyer (Garland McInnis), a friend of the ex-husband’s family. He highly recommended Jed Silverman. I spoke with Jed on a Friday evening, met with him Sunday and by Wednesday my son was released and, on his way, back to Houston (everything within 6days). Jed was very optimistic about the case. Jed and Trinidad kept us in the loop with every step of the way. They were always there for us when we had any kind of questions and concerns. Their hard work paid off; my son’s case has been dropped. This is a big relief for us; my son is looking forward to going back and serving our country. If it were not for Jed and Trinidad, who knows what the outcome would have been. They are “The A-Team!!!” I will always speak highly of them and recommend them to everyone who needs legal assistance. I hired Mr. Silverman a few months ago when I became the center of bogus claims by a CPS/family member. After my CPS interview, I was angry, but knew I had to fight and with some assistance, I was led to Mr. Silverman. Mr. Silverman helped my 19-year-old son with a case that he was charged with when he was 17 years old. We fought his case with a different attorney for over a year and kept getting the same answer of the prosecutor wanting to give my son 20 years TDC time. I was at a point where I was hopeless and so... was my son, but as a mother I could not give up on him. If you're reading Attorney reviews You must need legal advice just like I did over a year ago. I was arrested and charged with a crime I didn't commit. If you have never had to deal with the Justice System before it's Overwhelming! Bail,Bond,Attorney Fees,Family Stress, proving your innocent, Who ...do I hire to represent me?. Oh yeah I forgot about my Job. One more uncertainty will My Job be understanding ? The Money , How much is all this going to cost Us? Well Mr. Silverman listened to our story and gave us Peace of Mind from WORRYING Right from the start. We were told what he could do and also what to Expect. You need that peace of mind because that's what you lost once you were accused of a crime. It went exactly the way he told us it would and the time it would take. Time slows down when you have this happen to you. It is in those long slow periods of the process that the devil creeps in and messes up your mind, just call them up and they will assure you and put you back on track again. If there is one word for me it's Assurance. You need Jed Silverman if you're in the legal World without a clue of how it all works. My case took 14 months And it went exactly the Way he said it would. Oh and if you're a dog lover so is Jed. Sweet Sonia I have to give Praises too , She is awesome, glad she worked for. Us and not against Us. Folks I could carry on another thousand words about Jed and Team but if I'm ever unfortunate enough to need legal defense Silverman Law is the only Place to Be. Im writing this review about Jed Silverman Law Firm ,I had the most difficult case , I was indicted on a assault with a deadly weapon, Jed and Zamora fought for me and believed in my innocence, after several months my case was dismissed, on 04/18/2018,i can not thank this law firm enough,i got my lif...e back.
