Kick ass

Gregg and his team did an excellent job defending me against my former employer who was trying to strong arm me. Every step of the way he’s been there taking and returning my calls, answering questions and keeping me informed. Would definitely recommend him to anyone

Employment Agreement Review - Non-Complete

I retained Gregg to assist me with an Employment Agreement, which contained a non-compete clause. Gregg was quick and responsive - while I asked specifically about the Non-Compete clause, he provided input on the remainder of the agreement. Gregg provided very helpful feedback on the key sticking poi...nts and I was able to revert to my prospective employer. Our follow-up conversation was just as helpful and I am glad to say I was able to agree upon an agreement that was much more balanced than was originally proposed. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a straight shooter and will advocate strongly on your behalf.

Exceptional representation

If you’re like me, you never imagined you’d need an employment attorney and you have no idea where to turn. I was lucky enough to be referred to Gregg Rosenberg. From the initial meeting, I knew Gregg and his team would have my back. Gregg is a rare blend of tenacity and compassion—if you’ve been wro...nged in the workplace, he’s determined to fight hard for you until you get the best result. I went from not knowing how to take on a corporation, to ultimately getting the compensation and closure I deserved. I’m so grateful to his entire team for their hard work!!

Great Practical Representation

I hired Mr. Rosenberg to represent my wrongful termination suit. He provided me direct and constant advice for how to handle this matter. While I had plenty of hard written facts, the legal system is not about right or wrong as much as what is possible to recoup your losses. His guidance kept me f...rom more emotional approaches and I feel he was correct in his guidance for me. He filed my suit, met the parties and worked for a long time to reach an acceptable settlement. It was as good as it could have been unless I wanted to go for several years which is not practical. He was responsive and always available. I highly recommend his services.

Scammed out of 10,000.00

I met with Rosenberg and he demanded a 10,000.00 retainer to take over my case. I borrowed the money from my CU and gave him a cashiers check. Rosenberg turned around and resigned and refused to return my money. His firm has threatened retaliation if I print my story. Rosenberg did no depositions, no... discovery, no nothing. He just skipped on me and left me stranded in Court. "Rosenberg said "I resign" after I informed him that my confidential medical records were turned over, without my permission, by the USPS to the Defense, which was later confirmed by the EEOC. Rosenberg scheduled a hearing to remove himself from my case claiming I was unethical as well as my bankruptcy. But, he never asked to review any bankruptcy papers nor cite anything I did personally to jeopardize the case." We were going to trial in a few weeks. It later came to light that Rosenberg had lost my entire legal file as a trial was going to start. Another Attorney had me file a Bar Charge and Rosenberg had to replace the lost file. I am being totally factual.

The reason we later withdrew from representation on your case is that it was discovered that Unfortunately, you lied to us about the important particulars of your case when we took it on. Once the truth came out, we could no longer assist you as you had no case. We strive for the utmost client satisfaction in every case. It is critically important that our clients are up front and honest with regard to all aspects of the case. I'm sorry that you have chosen this attack but am comforted my the overwhelming positive reviews that appear on my behalf.
