Horrible Experience. I would not recommend Gregg Rosenberg.

I hired Gregg Rosenberg to represent me in a wrongful termination case based on the positive online reviews on AVVO. My experience with Rosenberg was not positive at all. Rosenberg made big promised which convinced me into paying the retainer. I believe that Rosenberg had no intention of fierce...ly advocating on my behalf. Rosenberg did very little legal work, i.e., no depositions and very little discovery, told that I wouldn't win in court, and then he dropped me as a client. Rosenberg would not provide a rationale for the limited discovery or reason he did not take one deposition. Please read the negative reviews on AVVO, which coincides with my experience with him. Rosenberg will probably claim that I was never a client in his response, but I have a signed agreement and evidence of payment proving that I was a client. I’m filing this complaint anonymously because I don’t want Rosenberg contacting me.

Scientist & Marketer

I highly recommend Mr. Rosenberg because he provided me with very valuable legal advice regarding a previous employment contract vis a vis a new employment offer.

TRO Sludge N-NCAet vs Wink

First hire Mr. Rosenberg a year ago to review an NDA-NCA with a company I had signed but then failed to finalize a manufacturing agreement. I proceed to produce a similar product and when discovered they filed a lawsuit and where able to get a TRO for the weekend. We went to court via zoom and when ...Mr. Rosenburg took his turn to ask the questions it took less than an hour to get the response, we wonted from the judge...............They were trying to focus on the proprietary info at the end of the agreement and overlooking the main reason we even signed this NDA-NCA. The first section of the agreement stated they were required to purchase equipment from me. When the judge read that part, she asked them........did you buy any equipment from the defendant........he had to say no..........then the judge asked me if they had bought any equipment from me...........I said no........the judge very quickly stated that the agreement was "Un-enforceable" then asked the opposing council.......why did you even bring this to court........with a lame response from the council.....the judge then with a discussed look, ruled the TRO be lifted based on an un-enforceable agreement.. was impressive to watch the other side squirm...!!! If you ever get in a position, you need the big gun's...!!!! He brings the experience

Employee Non-Compete

I contacted Mr. Rosenberg by recommendation of an attourney friend. I hired him to help defend me against an overreaching non-compete and a harassing former employer. I am very happy with his work. I highly recommend him for employment law.

Bait-and-Switch Legal Tactics - Do not Recommend

I hired Gregg Rosenberg based on his positive online reviews. My experience with Gregg was anything but positive. Mr. Rosenberg makes big promises in the beginning - he'll fight for you in court, he'll use clever legal tactics to win your case - but in the end, he does very little legal work and then... tells you that you have no case, that you won't win in court, and then he drops you. It's a classic bait and switch tactic. Mr. Rosenberg even gave me inaccurate legal information to lure me in and pay his retainer, telling me that the EEOC would do nothing for me, when, in fact, I had to file a charge with the EEOC in order to file my employment discrimination case in court. If you're thinking about hiring an employment attorney, think twice before hiring Gregg Rosenberg. Or at least read his negative reviews, which corroborate my experience with him. There are more honest employment lawyers to choose from.
