Tackles Fortune 500 Co for the little guy!

I first met Mr. Rosenberg when he helped my husband with an unfair work situation at the school district he was working for at the time. One letter from Mr. Rosenberg fixed the whole situation. A few years later when the Fortune 500 Company I was working for informed me that they were “laying” me off... with a 5 figure severance package contingent on me signing an affidavit relinquishing my right to sue them for discrimination, I called Gregg Rosenberg instead. There were two other employees who were also “laid off” unfairly at the same time. One just walked away and the other hired another attorney who took the case on a contingency basis. She wound up with nothing and I got a very large settlement and could not have been more pleased with the outcome. What I liked most about working with Gregg Rosenberg was he was always available or prompt in returning my calls. He always kept me informed on the status and most of all he had no problem going toe to toe with the high dollar attorneys that my former employer hired to fight my claims. I have and will continue to recommend Gregg Rosenberg to anyone I know who is being treated unfairly or discriminated against in the workplace.
