Success with Disability Discrimination Case

I hired Rosenberg & Associates to handle my discrimination case with my employer. They were strong and efficient, exactly the kind of lawyers you want on your side. The settlement they negotiated was more than I could have hoped for. When I needed assistance enforcing the settlement two years later, ...Mr. Rosenberg was quick and assertive with my employer to ensure my legal rights were protected. Bait-and-Switch Legal Tactics - Do not Recommend

I hired Gregg Rosenberg based on his positive online reviews. My experience with Gregg was anything but positive. Mr. Rosenberg makes big promises in the beginning - he'll fight for you in court, he'll use clever legal tactics to win your case - but in the end, he does very little legal work and then... tells you that you have no case, that you won't win in court, and then he drops you. It's a classic bait and switch tactic. Mr. Rosenberg even gave me inaccurate legal information to lure me in and pay his retainer, telling me that the EEOC would do nothing for me, when, in fact, I had to file a charge with the EEOC in order to file my employment discrimination case in court. If you're thinking about hiring an employment attorney, think twice before hiring Gregg Rosenberg. Or at least read his negative reviews, which corroborate my experience with him. There are more honest employment lawyers to choose from.

Pharmacist

In my case, it was difficult to find an attorney to handle my employment issue with the company that I had worked for over a decade. The issue was complex but involved wrongful termination as well as discrimination. My attorney, Tracey, was willing to listen carefully in order to understand the term...inology used in the Pharmacy profession as well as to identify exactly what illegal discriminatory shenanigans the supervisors had used. I was thoroughly pleased with the outcome and my attorney for giving me hope and taking on this difficult case.

A True Advocate

I cannot recommend Gregg Rosenberg highly enough! Mr. Rosenberg and his team were super helpful, honest, and fair in resolving my retaliation and harassment case against a former employer. They not only assisted with my unemployment appeal, but also with filing my EEOC charges. I could count on them ...every step of the way. Gregg truly advocated for me and didn't let me get walked over or pushed around by the company and its lawyers.
