Excellent Attorney

I hired Rachel Sedita to help me through a contentious divorce after 30 years of marriage. She and her team provided fantastic support and were fierce advocates for me throughout the process. I feel that I had excellent representation and couldn't be happier with the outcome of my case.

Excellent Legal Representation

I hired Rachel to represent me in my divorce after twenty four years of marriage. I feel that with Rachel as my attorney, I received excellent legal representation. Her professionalism is remarkable, along with her knowledge an execution of the law. With this being, not only a very difficult situa...tion, it was also an extremely sensitive and emotional time in my life and Rachel handled this case from beginning to end with what I would consider perfection in every aspect. I feel that when people are faced with the fear of the unknown and are then given a sense of peace throughout this unfamiliar legal process, then they have found the correct Legal Representation. I definitely found just that in Rachel and for that I’m grateful. I’m moving forward with my new life on a very positive note and also knowing that I was represented by the most professional and well rounded attorney that anyone could ever ask for. Great Experience

I was well taken care of and got everything I wanted in my divorce which includes 50/50 custody of my son. Everything was handled promptly and with extreme precision, I would recommend anyone to use her as there divorce attorney!

Divorce Case

Rachel Smith is an excellent lawyer who knows the law well. She and her paralegal staff (specifically Zaida Lazos) did an exceptional job with my divorce case. Rachel took the time to hear all of my concerns and clearly, concisely outlined all the different courses of action including the positive...s and negatives with each choice. Furthermore, Rachel and her staff always responded to me in a timely manner. I could not have asked for better representation, and working with Rachel was incredibly easy and the least stressful part of a very difficult, painful event in my life. Without hesitation, I give Rachel Smith my highest recommendation.
