Honest, Fair, and responsive
I got to know Greg in August of 2016 when I came to him to help me with a employment contract issue. From the first meeting on Greg told me everything that was happening with my case, the good, the bad and the ugly. I am a huge believer in over communicating and Greg was always willing to listen to...

Slow, Forgetful and Confused
Mr. Rosenberg was hired to represent me in a lawsuit against my ex-employer. It took over 2 years to get it settled. Most of the time I thought that he and his staff had forgotten that I even existed. Months would go by with no phone call or email regarding status. I decided to settle because I l...
Obviously it is never good to have a client dissatisfied. It turns out that the client who preferred to remain anonymous is one who came to my office today to retrieve his settlement so I now know who it is. To address a few basic issues, his case actually took longer than two years but that is something we can't control. In many employment discrimination cases, you first have to file a charge with the EEOC and this process alone takes six months. All of my clients, including this one was made fully aware of it. This case was set for trial in the ordinary course by the court. I understand this client's frustration at the time these cases take but the unfortunate reality is that cases sometimes take a while to come to completion. The other side tried to have the case dismissed by summary judgment and we were able to defeat the motion. The case mediated and the client voluntarily settled in a decision I fully agreed with. I have reviewed our records of "call notes" the internal system for documenting communications and am comfortable that this client was reasonably informed and involved in the process. Regarding my staff, everybody in the office strives to make certain that reviews like this don't happen. My Paralegal is Board Certified and, in my view, highly competent. My other reviews are indicative as to how most of my other clients have viewed my staff. The hard reality is that this client's case was not as good as either he and I had hoped it would be. It settled for a fair amount which he agreed to in writing at the conclusion of a mediation process. I'm sorry that he feels this way but I have no issue with a client sharing a review that he feels was sincere. I invite anybody considering my firm who may be hesitant having read this review, to read the others on my page.

Super knowledgeable, helpful, and matter of fact!
Gregg was recommended to us when another firm felt out of their league with our case. Gregg is very connected to his community and well-respected by his peers. He is very knowledgeable, and dispenses that knowledge in a helpful, supportive, but matter-of-fact way. Gregg helped us in an employment / n...

Work issue
Sent him a message with brief explanation of my case but he never called, or respond to my message for appointment setup.
I apologize that I didn't see this request when it first came in. I have now seen it and fully responded to all questions that were asked. We try to take steps to insure that all of the questions are responded to promptly but obviously this didn't happen in your situation. Please call or e-mail further if there are any questions regarding the specific answers and recommended course of action that I provided.
