Slow, Forgetful and Confused

Mr. Rosenberg was hired to represent me in a lawsuit against my ex-employer. It took over 2 years to get it settled. Most of the time I thought that he and his staff had forgotten that I even existed. Months would go by with no phone call or email regarding status. I decided to settle because I l...ost confidence in him and his staff; even though he stated a couple of times that he felt confident that he would win in court. His staff was inexperienced and disorganized. He wasn't worth the 40 percent he received from the settlement in addition to the expenses I had to reimburse. If I had to do it all over again I would have gone with a different attorney.

Obviously it is never good to have a client dissatisfied. It turns out that the client who preferred to remain anonymous is one who came to my office today to retrieve his settlement so I now know who it is. To address a few basic issues, his case actually took longer than two years but that is something we can't control. In many employment discrimination cases, you first have to file a charge with the EEOC and this process alone takes six months. All of my clients, including this one was made fully aware of it. This case was set for trial in the ordinary course by the court. I understand this client's frustration at the time these cases take but the unfortunate reality is that cases sometimes take a while to come to completion. The other side tried to have the case dismissed by summary judgment and we were able to defeat the motion. The case mediated and the client voluntarily settled in a decision I fully agreed with. I have reviewed our records of "call notes" the internal system for documenting communications and am comfortable that this client was reasonably informed and involved in the process. Regarding my staff, everybody in the office strives to make certain that reviews like this don't happen. My Paralegal is Board Certified and, in my view, highly competent. My other reviews are indicative as to how most of my other clients have viewed my staff. The hard reality is that this client's case was not as good as either he and I had hoped it would be. It settled for a fair amount which he agreed to in writing at the conclusion of a mediation process. I'm sorry that he feels this way but I have no issue with a client sharing a review that he feels was sincere. I invite anybody considering my firm who may be hesitant having read this review, to read the others on my page.

No Dispute Lawsuit

Gregg Rosenberg is a great attorney. Our case was complicated but he listened to us and understood exactly what had happened. We were at fault by making some mistakes unintentionally but still at fault. Gregg went to bat for us and negotiated a deal that saved us 80% of the fee. The people suing ...us originally wanted $355,000 and Gregg got them down to $70,000. What a blessing because remember we were at fault. Thank goodness we found Gregg Rosenberg.

Super knowledgeable, helpful, and matter of fact!

Gregg was recommended to us when another firm felt out of their league with our case. Gregg is very connected to his community and well-respected by his peers. He is very knowledgeable, and dispenses that knowledge in a helpful, supportive, but matter-of-fact way. Gregg helped us in an employment / n...on-compete suit in which we were the Defendants. Gregg did everything in his power to accommodate our needs and concerns, make his practice fit our requirements, mitigate costs, keep us informed, and lead us to the best resolution possible. And even after the fact, he continues to offer help and support to look after us in managing the terms of the settlement we reached.

David vs Goliath

I am a young person that decided to take a leap of faith to go in business for myself. I worked for a very large company that provided many services. I was going to be competing in one small area in a considerably small service area. The old employer of course found out and tried to push thier weight... around- requesting thousands of dollars for me to continue to operate etc. I hired Mr Rosenberg and he put them in thier place. We paid the previous employer ZERO and agreed to a fair deal. All done outside the courtroom and in a very quick manner. Gregg was always prompt and honest with proper expectations. He is a great guy to have on your team.

Wrongful Termination/Religious Discrimination/Rataliation and Harassment Case

I met Gregg Rosenberg during a very difficult time in my Life, whereby my Managing Partner constantly harassed me and put me through a "Witch-Hunt" of BS, even though I'm among the very Top 1% nation-wide in my Meaningful & Impactful Career at a very Prestigious Firm, all because I'm Jewish and didn'...t tolerate this MP's nonsense nor Southern Baptist proselytizing and reading of Scriptures in Public during the normal Workday. Gregg is expensive, but SO worth it. I am "proud", as he says, to have been a "Pain in his A__" but he delivered for me beautifully. You have to "Stay on top of your Attorney", and constantly be your own Best Advocate in all you do in Life. Gregg Rosenberg is a BULLDOG, in the most respectful of ways, he doesn't care what other's think of him, as long as his Client is happy and appreciative and that he's done the job he was hired to do. When times are tough, believe me, you want this BULLDOG Mentality. Today, I am still with the very same Firm, contracted to a wonderful Managing Partner who is real, not Fake at all like my former MP, and appreciates my expertise and appreciates me, thankfully. I am back again being very Happy in my Career and in my Life and my Wife has noticed the difference, as this outcome has clearly improved my Marriage. None of this would have been possible without Gregg Rosenberg's efforts. He was the right person for the job at the very most crucial of times. He will hold a very dear place in my heart forever!
