I hired the Rosenberg law firm to represent me in a Non Compete Trade Secrets litigation. Gregg Rosenberg walked away from my case 1 week before my being deposed. When I tried to meet with him to discuss his abandoning me and returning of my funds (he had done no work on my case) my request was met... with hostile threats by him of having a Constable waiting for me in his office. My over all experience was that there was more concern, and more discussions of him getting paid then there were in discussions of the case and what he was going to do. He committed a grave error, advising me incorrectly that I would not have to pay for the arbitration fees (I was held responsible for these fees).
