Does not recommend

I would not recommend this law firm. I hired Gregg Rosenberg to represent me after a wrongful termination. I would not recommend this law firm. Just my opinion, Gregg Rosenberg is not very honest and he is not attentive to clients. Poor communication. Again my opinion, he is only interested in col...lecting the $10,000.00 and not interested in advocating or doing any meaningful work on behalf of his clients.

It's difficult to comment on an anonymous review but I think I know where this is originating from. Sometimes attorneys are hired based on representations of fact about the merits of the case that unfortunately turn out not to be accurate. If this person was dissatisfied with the result, he/she is free to post in this forum but I would urge the people reading this to look at the other reviews that have been posted on the work that has been done for numerous clients who don't share the views of this poster.

Find another law firm

I would not recommend Gregg Rosenberg. I paid him a $10,000.00 retainer to represent me in an employment dispute. Just my opinion but he behaved as if he was doing me a favor by accepting my case. I paid the retainer and from there it was a waiting game. I always initiated calls to the office. Afte...r a few months the petition was filed. After a few more months, I called and I had to answer some questions for the defense. I waited a few more months and decided to call. I learned after a couple of months the information submitted was wrong; therefore, the information had to be edited and resubmitted. It has been three months. I haven't initiated any calls and neither has this law firm. I'm not going to call again but I learned as expensive lesson.

Obviously an unfortunate review that I would rather not have. When the client does not identify him/herself it makes it difficult to respond because I don't know the specifics of what happened to disappoint the client. Whoever this is did not express any concern to me. To respond to specifics, I am appreciative of everybody who chooses me to represent them and consider each engagement a privilege. This could be a situation where the client had to first file a Charge of Discrimination with the EEOC and then wait a period of time to file a lawsuit but this process is explained in detail at the onset of the representation. It seems as if this person is a current client and internally we can't identify who the person is because the situation described is not a familiar one. I encourage whoever this is who feels so strongly as to write this review to call me personally and we will fully discuss and address whatever issue needs to be immediately addressed. My goal, as demonstrated and verified by the countless positive reviews found on this site and elsewhere is complete client satisfaction.

Scammed out of 10,000.00

I met with Rosenberg and he demanded a 10,000.00 retainer to take over my case. I borrowed the money from my CU and gave him a cashiers check. Rosenberg turned around and resigned and refused to return my money. His firm has threatened retaliation if I print my story. Rosenberg did no depositions, no... discovery, no nothing. He just skipped on me and left me stranded in Court. "Rosenberg said "I resign" after I informed him that my confidential medical records were turned over, without my permission, by the USPS to the Defense, which was later confirmed by the EEOC. Rosenberg scheduled a hearing to remove himself from my case claiming I was unethical as well as my bankruptcy. But, he never asked to review any bankruptcy papers nor cite anything I did personally to jeopardize the case." We were going to trial in a few weeks. It later came to light that Rosenberg had lost my entire legal file as a trial was going to start. Another Attorney had me file a Bar Charge and Rosenberg had to replace the lost file. I am being totally factual.

The reason we later withdrew from representation on your case is that it was discovered that Unfortunately, you lied to us about the important particulars of your case when we took it on. Once the truth came out, we could no longer assist you as you had no case. We strive for the utmost client satisfaction in every case. It is critically important that our clients are up front and honest with regard to all aspects of the case. I'm sorry that you have chosen this attack but am comforted my the overwhelming positive reviews that appear on my behalf.

Would not recommend

I paid Rosenberg a $10,000 retainer to represent me in an employment case. The only time I met with Rosenberg was during the initial consultation. I attempted to schedule a follow up meeting with Rosenberg in order to discuss the case, his plan of action, etc. His staff would not schedule a follow u...p meeting and he would not respond to many emails. I was in the dark for months. When I terminated his services he treated to file a lawsuit against me. I would not recommend hiring Gregg Rosenberg.

If you need an Employment Attorney Do Not Hire G. Rosenberg

I hired the Rosenberg law firm to represent me in a Non Compete Trade Secrets litigation. Gregg Rosenberg walked away from my case 1 week before my being deposed. When I tried to meet with him to discuss his abandoning me and returning of my funds (he had done no work on my case) my request was met... with hostile threats by him of having a Constable waiting for me in his office. My over all experience was that there was more concern, and more discussions of him getting paid then there were in discussions of the case and what he was going to do. He committed a grave error, advising me incorrectly that I would not have to pay for the arbitration fees (I was held responsible for these fees). Worse, Mr. Rosenberg never bothered inquiring about this small yet important detail to begin with.
