We are disheartened to hear you were unhappy with the service you received. Please bear with me, I don't know the particular details of your case, but I understand why you feel the way you do. You made a lot of effort to contact us and provide the necessary information. It does seem unfair that you only got a rejection email in return. We try to help every veteran that calls us. However, sometimes we will reject a claim, maybe it's not within our expertise, or maybe it's not an appeal. Perhaps the attorney we referred you to has a better record at handling your type of case?
