Amazing

I had a great experience. He was very professional and took care of everything for me. He was there whenever I had a question. He works with a great team. They always made sure I was satisfied and all my questions and concerns were answered. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who has been in a car accident. Great job on my car accident

Aaa denied my claim after I was rear ended in a car accident in Fallbrook. Ryan filed a lawsuit for me and held the insurance company accountable.

Best Of The Best!!

If you are looking for or are in need of an attorney, look no further! I do not care for attorneys, I felt they all had a GOD complex and never really listened to what I said and made me feel as if I wasn't important enough or deserved their time, then I met Ryan Sargent. He is very personable, easy to talk with, listens intently, and all in all a great person and an amazing attorney! I had a very difficult case because the officer who came to the scene was inexperienced and straight out didn't like me and claimed I was at fault for the accident. I contacted Ryan explaining I got a raw deal! He listened intently as I explained what happened and against many odds, he took my case because he believed me. It took time, but Ryan and his team pulled all the proof together showing I was not at fault and got me a settlement I couldn't even dreamed of!!! Thank you Ryan and your team, I had my back to the wall and not only did you prove my innocence, but all my medical bills were paid and I received a handsome settlement. First thing I am doing is getting me a new car!! :)

Great Customer Service and Friendly Staff! 5 Star Experience

I hired Ryan after I hurt my neck in a car accident off the 15 freeway by the casino in Temecula. I never had a lawyer before and they were great. They explained the process from beginning to end and always called me back promptly. Even after hours they have a 24 HR call center I could leave a message with a live person. My case settle for the policy limits of the guy that hit me and I was really happy with the result. I definitely recommend Ryan and his staff. I will be referring all my friends and family to Ryan. Thanks for all your help!

I was calling about a medical case and he couldn't take it. but Ryan gave me the information to seek out another lawyer who can help me out. he said to keep in touch if I needed anything and that was amazing! some lawyers just brush you off but Ryan was very helpful nice and super polite! thank you Ryan for your help!!

Ryan is the Best!!

I was involved in a car accident where someone rear ended me at a stop light. Even though the driver was clearly at fault, the insurance adjuster was very difficult to deal with and ended up looking for an attorney to handle my case. Found great reviews on Yelp for Ryan so I contacted his office. Found him to be professional and willing to listen. A real go getter! Just settle my case and couldn't be happier. Ryan got me more than what I expected, so Thanks Ryan. You are AWESOME!

Made me comfortable and confidant

When Ryan contacted me, he did so himself and that impressed me. He didn't have a paralegal answer to my message and I knew he thoroughly read what I sent because he was aware of every word I wrote. Great Experience and He was Very Normal

I had Ryan as my attorney after I was rear ended on the 5 freeway going north between Oceanside Blvd. and Mission. I never had to even talk to a lawyer before this and Ryan was very honest and up front about the process from the beginning. He was easy to talk to and was not intimidating at all. Best Car Accident Lawyer in San Diego!

Mr. Sargent represented my husband and I after we were in a major car crash on i-5. A girl was on her cell phone and rear ended us. Mr. Sargent took care of everything for us. I was in an not at fault accident in July,2010.Ryan came highly recommended by a friend. I live in Northern Idaho and although Ryan is based in California he is licensed to practice in Idaho. I at first had reservations about my attorney being out of state, Ryan was so diligent about returning my calls and keeping me posted, I forgot he was in California. My accident caused me to have cervical surgery. Ryan was so compassionate,concerned,reassuring and personable that I felt like I was his only client and I knew he would take care of me. Hit by a drunk driver

Was on my way to work stop at a off ramp and was hit by a large truck going about 35 mph. Had back and neck injuries and had to fight my own insurance company, with having Ryan Sargent and his team the fight was a success and I was granted my law suit.

Great Representation!!

I would highly recommend Ryan Sargent and the firm he represents! My case had to go to trial and lasted over a span of three years. Ryan always responded to my calls and questions in a timely manner. My own insurance company did not respond or offer advise to me. In the end I received a substantial settlement and I owe that to the representation I received from Ryan Sargent.

bad customer service

I hired him, he moved offices. I left voicemails that often took months to receive a call back. He missed appointments. He eventually got the job done, and I don't know if it was him or his office staff that handled things poorly. Good lawyer, bad customer service.
