Phenomenal Attorney!

He helped get my life together
I was arrested while out on bond for misdemeanor. I was arrested the second time for possession of multiple CDS. I was hellbent on taking probation to get out of county jail quicker. James went above and beyond in explaining the pros and cons of my potential decision. Ultimately he was 100% right. He secured me a great outcome, even if I thought I knew better than him at the time. James is incredibly intelligent and genuinely cares about his clients and their family. I believed he literally saved my life.

So incredibly helpful
Mr. Regan went and goes out of his way to help everyone! After contacting Mr. Regan, he made me feel secure in an insecure situation. Shortly thereafter my predicament was resolved and I was fully compensated, as described. James Regan was willing to help me for free but I was so overjoyed he needed to be rewarded. I am so glad to have came in contact with Mr. Regan. I was in desperate need of an attorney and Mr. Regan took on my case without a hesitation. His commitment to help me get my kids back has been over and beyond his means. Anytime I am I need he answer my calls promptly and is very respectful. I highly recommend and assure you he will get the job done by any means necessary! Everything Mr. Regan advised me to do I did and ended up with the results I wanted. This is my Second time Hiring Mr Regan He’s affordable and he did everything I asked of him in both my cases I hired Mr Regan a short time before thanksgiving trying to get a failure to appear Case dropped and be in court for a bond so I can see my family it was short notice but he made it happen and I’m able to spend this thanksgiving with my family thank you again Mr Regan this meant the most to me and my family......

The Best Criminal Attorney On The Treasure Coast And South Florida
There Are Three Words That Describe Mr. Regan Professional. Reliable. Reasonable When my son, who has suffered with mental health disease since early childhood had a problem with anger management almost two years ago, I started to do my research, with hope to find someone in Port Saint Lucie who understood the system and truly cared about there well being and future-not just money Frankly it was a brutal experience since I was totally uneducated on who might be that right person. He actually went to bat for me
Having to deal with a criminal issue I hired James Regan t represent me. He managed to negotiate with the prosecutor and have my charges reduced from 6 month suspension and a large fine down to a plea in abeyance agreement, a small fine and no suspension so I could still drive to work and keep my job.

The best attorney that I hace ever worked with...
I hired James Regan to represent my brother in a case where he was facing many years, if not the rest of his life, in jail. Mr. Regan’s intimate knowledge of the law as well as the system led to an outcome where my brother will only be in jail for a period of slightly less than one year, a miraculous outcome given the circumstances. Besides being an excellent attorney, Mr. Regan’sprofessionalism was outstanding. He was accessible during the entire time, answered any and all questions in a very timely manner, and made me feel as though he cared as much about this case as if it was his own brother. Best all around
James Regan has represented my personally and for multiple corporations I control. Family law, corporate contract law, employee relations issues, Mr Regan has done it all for me with the upmost professionalism. There is not a situation I can think of that I would not call him first.

Got my DUI charge dropped to a reckless!!
Jim is amazing, always does exactly as he says he will do. He and Helen return calls informative and prompt. Jim got my criminal charges reduced and it was a great result.
