This lawyer is horrible. From day one she picked a side and it wasn’t mine. Opposing counsel was a known colleague of hers and she allowed her to run us over. Even though there was proof of opposing counsel lying and basically not honoring her own words. This lawyer never put up a fight. Extremely pa...ssive, rarely communicates and overall untrustworthy. She wouldn’t get paperwork filed on time and we left court embarrassed many times. Additionally any request you make of her to do on your behalf she will not. She is simply collecting a check. She is not doing anything to improve your situation or find even the smallest wins in your favor. She is a facilitator and even willing enabler of your doom. Please steer clear!! She really shouldn’t be practicing.

Michelle helped my family out when my son was attacked during his wood shop class in high school. A fellow student hit my son in the jaw and dislocated both sides of his jaw. I was not sure what my rights were in this situation. She gave me some advise and also wrote a letter to the school asking for... them to remove the student from my son's class and also informed me of my rights if I wanted to proceed with a lawsuit. We decided not to. Michelle has also helped me with legal advise when I ask her for it.

My family had a terrible experience with Michelle Hunsaker. We hired her to help in a family law debt collection case, but she cancelled appointments, was evasive, non-communicative, and was not an advocate. I should not have to hound the lawyer that I have paid for basic information about my case. T...here are so many great lawyers out there, but she is not one of them. Look elsewhere!
