The Lenahan Law Firm - with its Principal Office in Dallas - helps the severely injured and those that lost a loved-one, all across Texas & in North Dakota. And we represent victims of 18-wheeler accidents all across the U.S.A. Severe injury law is all we do.
Because we represent only a select number of clients at a time, you will get the personal attention you deserve. We suggest asking every attorney you interview this question, "How many cases and how many attorneys are in your firm?" And make them put the answer in writing. We always have less than ten cases per attorney. But, yes, there are firms with several hundred cases per attorney.
Mr. Lenahan is one of the most accomplished attorneys in the country. You can confirm that for yourself with a look at his results, or by checking the kind reviews his clients have posted on this site.
And, in 2018, he was asked to serve as the Chairman of the Board for the National Compassion Fund.
And though Marc has received many "honors," he'll will be the first to tell you that many great attorneys have few honors, and many unimpressive ones have plenty. Honors don't mean that much to him. In fact, many can be bought. Instead, he suggests, reading what the attorneys' clients have said about them. We think you'll find that Mr. Lenahan's reviews are second to none, and he takes great pride in the kind words of his clients.
The Firm's Appellate Law Partner is P. Wes Black. He is Board Certified in Civil Appellate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. As lead appellate counsel in over 100 proceedings, Wes has practiced before state and federal courts at all levels, including the Texas Supreme Court and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. Prior to representing clients in court, Wes obtained valuable judicial experience working for a Court. He served as the briefing attorney for the Chief Justice of the Tenth Court of Appeals.
The Firm's Litigation Partner is Tom Cowart. Tom is also Board Certified in Civil Appellate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Before joinging the Lenahan Law Firm, Tom was the muscle behind some of the biggest litigation in the State of Texas.
Our newest attorney, Michael A. Yanof, joined us after spending two decades representing insurance companies and defending doctors during which time, he never lost a Jury Trial.
The Firm is paid on a contingency-fee, plus court costs and expenses basis; which means we only get paid if we find a way to help. We have NEVER asked a client to write us a check. Never.
The consultation and call are always free. Day or night, from anywhere at all, your call is always welcome: 888.473.2820 (toll-free). Our web site is: www.SevereInjuryLawFirm.com
