I hired Kathleen after a certain insurance firm ("you are NOT in good hands") showed their true colors in dealing with my hit-and-run case. I started calling Yelp's listing of personal injury lawyers and I started to lose hope with each call picked up by either an admin, a "case administrator", or someone who was a few levels down from the attorney - not the case when I called Kathleen's firm. She picked up the call late in the evening and talked me through what the process would be, and later visited with me and my wife getting to know us better. Needless to say, my wife and I were quite impressed with her astuteness, her attention to detail, and her warm personality.
