She works very hard to come to a satisfactory result in any suit.

Kathleen represented me in a civil suit due to an incident which had caused both physical and mental anguish for me. Kathleen was very professional asl well as being sympathetic to the trauma I had experienced. She was very aggressive as well as professional with her interaction with the paries i...nvolve which resulted in an amicable agreement with my suit. I highly recommend Kathleen to anyone who is in need of a very competent attorney.

Kathleen was an amazing attorney!

So glad we found Kathleen! She was supportive, always made sure we knew what was going on, prepared us for every step, and paid close attention to all of the details to make sure there were no loose ends. I know we couldn't have gotten the same result without her!

Don't hesitate to hire Kathleen Kearney!

My husband was involved in an auto accident that left him severely injured. He was 71 years old at the time of the accident. He was not at fault in any way and even had a law enforcement officer (game warden) witness the accident. We had never experienced anything like this before but had several fri...ends and family advise us to get an attorney. We are so very thankful that our son found Kathleen Kearney! From our first interview with her and even before we hired her, she answered all the questions that we had. She made us feel completely comfortable and assured us that she was not hesitant in taking on our case. She worked very hard for us and stood firm against a much larger law firm, especially when they tried to intimidate us into a ridiculous settlement amount. She also protected us from a medical charge that had been billed in error that could have affected us negatively. We loved knowing that she was not just a good attorney but a nurse also! If we could give her 10 stars, we would! Do not hesitate to hire Kathleen as your attorney!

Accident
