As lead appellate counsel in over 100 proceedings, Wes has practiced before state and federal courts at all levels, including the Texas Supreme Court and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. Prior to representing clients in court, Wes obtained valuable judicial experience working for a Court. He served as the briefing attorney for the Chief Justice of the Tenth Court of Appeals.
