Pedro "Peter" de La Cerda

Attorney Pedro “Peter” de la Cerda co-founded DFW Injury Lawyers, embarking on a legal career initially defending healthcare providers, trucking companies, and manufacturing entities in cases involving personal injury, medical malpractice, products liability, and toxic tort. Witnessing the genuine suffering of individuals deserving fair compensation, Mr. de la Cerda transitioned to representing plaintiffs in personal injury cases.

Licensed to practice in Texas and California, Mr. de la Cerda has garnered numerous accolades. Raised in Dallas, Texas, within a community valuing faith, hard work, and altruism, Mr. de la Cerda completed his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at The University of Texas at Austin in three years. Pursuing a career in law, he attended Texas Tech University School of Law and the Rawls College of Business, graduating with honors, a Juris Doctorate, and a Master of Business Administration.
