Awesom

Don Pesce was my attorney in my divorce case. He helped & advised me throughout the process with his down to earth attitude & amusing character. Don advised me to seek a mediator re: Child Custody Agreement before he was hired at my attorney. Not only did it resolve the issue, his recommendation sh...owed me that he was a practical & kind attorney that cared about his clients. I would certainly refer him to my friends

Extremely professional and compassionate

Don helped me (and my three children) through a difficult time with utmost professionalism, legal knowledge, and compassion. I could not have asked for a better attorney. My divorce outcome was much better than I could have ever expected thanks to him and his team.

Excellent Attorney

I had dealings with four other attorneys before I found Don and he was the most helpful, knowledgeable, and proactive lawyer I had dealt with. Don explained the nature of my case in realistic terms so that I understood the reality of what was to come. My case ended for the most part in my favor. All ...lawyers are expensive for us mere mortals but Don never charged for little things like a phone conversation or pulling my case from a file cabinet to look at it for 5 minutes and then bill me in a 1/2 hr. increment like some other firms do. His explanations are very educational leaving you well-informed and comfortable. I have continued to seek his counsel years after my case was complete and I have always been happy with his service. I would highly recommend Don to anyone.

Set realistic expectations and worked to overcome obstacles

After attempting and failing a collaborative divorce, Don took over and was able to get things back on track. He was very communicative and was able to set my expectations correctly. He let me know how things worked, and what I could expect from the various stages. I felt that the opposition would a...lways delay on the back and forth with various details. In the end, Don was able to put a stop to that by offering to work directly with the opposing council for the final wording, thus eliminating another round of "back-and-forth" I knew my case wouldn't have the "perfect" outcome, but thanks to Don's communication, my expectation was set correctly, and I was able to plan for the outcome that I received.

Don Pesce as my counsel

I have retained Don on two occasions and he has given me excellent counsel and informed me of all my options and let me know the situations that may arise in my case from his experience. He is very easy to talk with and at the end of the day he let me know that the ultimate decisions being made were... mine. While having worked through many difficult situations that had came up in my case, I always felt he was sticking up for the “little guy” and made sure my voice was heard to opposing counsel and the Judge.
