Very Helpful & Professional

Don helped me with my visitation case and my child and I received the best outcome. Don really listened to our situation and gave the best advice for the best interest of my son. I am very happy with what we accomplished and I could not have done it without Don.

Professional and dedicated

After a consultation with Donato Pesce I knew he was the lawyer for my divorce and child custody case. He was very knowledgeable in the law and dedicated to helping me fight for what was right in my situation. I am very pleased with his professionalism and the outcome. I was ignorant to American laws... and he explained every step to me as we went so that I was completely prepared for everything. Truely an understanding and kind person. He doesn't just look at you like a paycheck. Definitely would recommend to anyone needing a family court attorney.

the absolute best!

after reading reviews about don pesce online i gave his office a call and left a message with his secretary. within 20 minutes don called me and explained how everything worked and all of my options. this was all new to me i didnt know what to expect but don really knows his stuff and is a very fas...t thinker he also tried his best to keep cost down. i now have custody of my 4 year old son. in the future i hope to never need another attorney but if i do it will definitely be done pesce! A+

One Outstanding Attorney!!!

Don is one of the most thorough and knowledgeable attorneys that is out there. He represented me through a 2 year custody/paternity case in which he assisted me in finding my daughter whom I had not seen in over 10 years. Don was instrumental in the transition of me being reintroduced to my daughter ...and regaining the privilege of being a Father once again.
