Robin M. Zandri

Robin was my second divorce attorney, too bad she was not my first because I could have saved a lot of money and time had I used her first. She is a no BS attorney, she is not out to rack up billable hours because she doesn’t need too, she is that good and has plenty of work. Robin is extremely knowl...edgeable, to the point, and very ethical. I am not a big fan of attorneys but I would highly recommend her and would definitely use her again if a future need arises. She gets the messy jobs done in a timely manner.

I used this lawyer in my divorce and thought it would be less expensive to go with the same attorney again. Boy, was I wrong. When I went back to court in 2015-2016 Ms. Zandri charged me almost $9000 after she withdrew from my case 6 weeks before my trial date. She withdrew from my case because I... told her she needed to get this settled instead of having one continuance after another. That she wasn't advocating for my special needs son and her fees were surpassing everything else. I had simple motions. Have contact with my ex's insurance company to dispute bills if necessary, renew support (son is only 15 and special needs), reimbursement of medical expenses from my ex which he neglected to pay me and to have my ex pay 50/50 of all medical expenses for my son. Ms. Zandri delayed the case over and over again to encourage another court appearance after another. When I had asked her in late fall when this case would e wrapped up she said probably January 2016. It's March when Ms. Zandri withdrew. When I got her final bill for the month of March, it was $1775 totally just under $9000 for these simple motions. I had to hire another attorney to finish my case. In my opinion, I was scammed and then thrown to the curb with my special needs son with a very high lawyer bill and the case not even completed. What ethical lawyer does that? If you are looking for an attorney to give you high monthly lawyer fees, constant continuance in your simple case, and then she walks out on you six weeks before you trial, then she is the one!

Robin helped me through a rough divorce, although I felt we were always on the defensive as the person who filed. She was honest and didn't sugar coat things, but often I felt I had to raise issues or questions and wonder what would have happened if I didn't. Robin has been my lawyer for the last seven years. She is always available for me when I need her . She is always patient and understanding and explains everything to me in full detail to make sure I understand . Robin always works to protect me and what is in the best interest of my children. I have... had a very rough divorce and I will still need Robin for the next 5 years and I know she will always be there for me. I am very grateful to have her as my lawyer and I would always highly recommend her. She always makes me feel very comfortable and not intimitated which is what I thought a divorce lawyer was going to be like. Robin is really a protector and can make a rough divorce less stressful. I really appreciate her.

Robin is very knowledgeable. She doesn't let emotion cloud the issues. She was very prompt in relaying information to us and responded to inquiries in a timely manner. When some issues arose she handled them and made things right for us. Our case was about child custody/visitation/adoption and she... did a great job. She helped us through the many steps including an ad litem recommendation during a difficult time for us. Although it was an emotional process for us as clients she exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend her.
