Excellent family law attorney

I was battling an interstate child support case for non payment with no results and decided to hire Don to represent me in the DuPage County court system. His expertise expedited a case that allowed a non compliant parent to slip through the cracks in our legal system for a decade. Don is extremely w...ell-versed and experienced in family law and I could not have chosen a better attorney to represent my children and myself. I can’t say enough how grateful we are for his lead and expertise in our case. I can tell you first hand he goes above and beyond to fight for his clients. Where the court child support system was failing us, he became our champion, our voice and we are forever grateful.

A top notch Attorney

I hired Mr. Pesce when my Ex-wife took me back to court to increase Child Support. He was very upfront and honest letting me know what to expect in certain areas of my case were we had a good argument and also where there was no need to argue. I respect his honesty and appreciate that he would always... return phone calls and emails before the end of the day. My only regret is I wish I would have hired Mr. Pesce to represent me from the beginning of my divorce. Mr.Pesce knows the laws and will fight for your best interests.

spendy but worth it.

I spent far more than I ever expected to on a divorce(slow divorce-not his fault). BUT at the end of the day he managed to get an order for child support far exceeding anything I could have imagined getting. He's a fast thinker and gets things done on the spot. He's just full of information and seems... to really know what he's doing. I'd rather him on my side than be my opponent.

Child Support 2010

I would highly recommend Donato, because he was able to get the most money possible for my children, and he was able to collect arrears money that was owed from years ago, until we went to court. He put deadlines on when the arrears needed to be paid, as well as any medical money owed to me, which wa...s in a short time. He offered to send a letter to my ex's employer so I can get paid weekly, like I was supposed to instead of once a month. He is very passionate about his career, and I would use him again for child support, or custody case.
