Excellent family law attorney

I was battling an interstate child support case for non payment with no results and decided to hire Don to represent me in the DuPage County court system. His expertise expedited a case that allowed a non compliant parent to slip through the cracks in our legal system for a decade. Don is extremely w...ell-versed and experienced in family law and I could not have chosen a better attorney to represent my children and myself. I can’t say enough how grateful we are for his lead and expertise in our case. I can tell you first hand he goes above and beyond to fight for his clients. Where the court child support system was failing us, he became our champion, our voice and we are forever grateful.

Very Helpful & Professional

Don helped me with my visitation case and my child and I received the best outcome. Don really listened to our situation and gave the best advice for the best interest of my son. I am very happy with what we accomplished and I could not have done it without Don.

Professional and dedicated

After a consultation with Donato Pesce I knew he was the lawyer for my divorce and child custody case. He was very knowledgeable in the law and dedicated to helping me fight for what was right in my situation. I am very pleased with his professionalism and the outcome. I was ignorant to American laws... and he explained every step to me as we went so that I was completely prepared for everything. Truely an understanding and kind person. He doesn't just look at you like a paycheck. Definitely would recommend to anyone needing a family court attorney.

Divorce

I believe most married couples never plan to go thru a divorce but unfortunately many do. In my situation I can honestly say it would never happen to me. But it did. I found myself looking for appropriate legal representation....someone who was there to help me and not judge me. In my first consult w...ith Don, I found him to be very candid but also highly supportive. He laid out the basics of ILLINOIS divorce law and what I should expect. He explained every detail and helped me map out what the coming weeks/months would look like. Don was professional, highly knowledgeable and very responsive. You would have thought he was only working on my case. Albeit Divorces are no fun at all Don at least guided me and provided me with the confidence and support I so desperately needed. I would highly recommend Don and would use him again in the future without hesitation.

I highly recommend Don
