Daniel R. Flaherty is the founder and managing attorney of Flaherty Law, LLC, where he has built a reputation as a skilled and compassionate trial lawyer. Daniel began his career in insurance defense litigation, representing individuals in personal injury and property damage matters. In 2015, Daniel followed his entrepreneurial vision and founded Flaherty Law, LLC to continue advocating for the injured. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Entrepreneurship from the University of St. Thomas and a law degree from William Mitchell College of Law, where he developed his litigation skills and competed in national advocacy competitions.
Daniel lives in the southwest suburbs with his family. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, tackling home projects, and supporting his favorite sports teams. He is also an active member of the local Men’s Club and Knights of Columbus, demonstrating his dedication to both his profession and his community.
