One Outstanding Attorney!!!

Don is one of the most thorough and knowledgeable attorneys that is out there. He represented me through a 2 year custody/paternity case in which he assisted me in finding my daughter whom I had not seen in over 10 years. Don was instrumental in the transition of me being reintroduced to my daughter ...and regaining the privilege of being a Father once again.

The best!!

Don was great from my first visit to the last court date. He made sure my visitation with my children was not interrupted and won't be in the future. Thanks again Don

A TRUE BLESSING TO HAVE!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a tough time with child custody a few years back. Then I met Don Pesce. He was comforting, knowledgeable, and took the time to talk to me whenever I needed him. He ALWAYS kept me in the loop in regards to what was going on. When he left the firm I was working with, I dropped everything to fi...nd Don to assure that he was still able to work on my case, and sure enough, he continued my case and saw it through to to the end. He was the only person I trusted to help me out. He instilled that comfort and trust with me, and I knew he was going to work as hard as he could to allow me to keep my child safe and in the right environment. Thanks to Don, my son is happy, thriving, and we couldn't be more thrilled with our outcome. Thank you Don for EVERYTHING. Truly a blessing to have found you!!!!

Don delivers when others could not!

Having gone through four other lawyers in a particularly contentious case I sought out a lawyer that was knowledgeable, direct, time-efficient and truly willing to listen to my concerns and objectives. Don delivered on all counts. I really appreciated Don's effective use of time and practical appro...ach. I truly felt that he was in my corner and the corner of my daughter. I would highly recommend Don to any client that values the characteristics that I found so helpful in my case!

Set realistic expectations and worked to overcome obstacles

After attempting and failing a collaborative divorce, Don took over and was able to get things back on track. He was very communicative and was able to set my expectations correctly. He let me know how things worked, and what I could expect from the various stages. I felt that the opposition would a...lways delay on the back and forth with various details. In the end, Don was able to put a stop to that by offering to work directly with the opposing council for the final wording, thus eliminating another round of "back-and-forth" I knew my case wouldn't have the "perfect" outcome, but thanks to Don's communication, my expectation was set correctly, and I was able to plan for the outcome that I received.
