a highly satsified client

Tom is truly the best bankruptcy lawyer anywhere. i called him to get me out of debt and garnishments. he was kind and very understanding. tom answer all my questions and was with me thru the whole process. he always returned my calls or emails and was very professional. know looking back after it i...s all over i truly recommend the thomas hensel law office to any one wanting to get out of debt.

Tom Hensel JR.

It have been a very positive experience working with Tom. He help me understand each step of the process and explain every question I had. He always returned my calls in a timely matter. He was all way patient with regarding my concerns.

We just finished with our chapter 13 in which Tom had spent a lot of time throughout the case in keeping our payment at a reasonable amount due to the fact that my income amount had changed a few times (great job Tom) and even at the end our mortgage company had raised our payment for no justifiable ...reason , and again Tom found resolution for us in this matter. Thanks tom we appreciate all the extra you did for us

Bankruptcy

Started looking for bankruptcy lawyers last year but was really unsure about it, the whole process was a little scary for me. I looked around for awhile and no one stuck out like Tom did. As soon as I emailed him I got a response back immediately. He made the whole process so smooth and easy. Any t...ime I had any question he would get back to me within 24 hours, usually it was within hours. He always made sure I knew what I needed and helped me if I had any problems getting it. He's definitely someone that I would refer to go to.

Our experience with Thomas Hensel

When we had first met Thomas we had no idea which way to turn he sat down with us took his time and helped us to come to a decision on what we should do we now are very happy with our life our house and everything is all in order now and we have gotten are chapter 7 we are now on our way to doing wha...t we have to to stay away from debt it's nice to know that there is somebody out there that can sympathize with you and understand what you're going through without judging you Thomas Hensel and Associates is the place to go thank you very much time as we enjoyed working with you.
