Helpful and affordable
Mr. Border helped me get a fresh start by discharging of thousands of dollars in high interest credit card debt and stopped my wages from being garnished. He was very helpful and stood up for my rights in court. He also represented me for an affordable low fee based on my situation. Highly recommend!!

So helpful!
Brett was able to help me move through one of the most difficult times of my life. Filing bankruptcy due to health issues out of my control was devastating however every interaction with Brett, was reassuring that things would get better! Knowledgeable, professional and compassionate!
Mr. Border represented me in my Chapter 7 Bankruptcy after my divorce. He was very knowledgeable of the law and explained what was happening during every step of the process. He was very supportive of my personal situation and helped me feel at ease during a scary time in my life.

Very disappointed
Brett did NOT follow through on our case! He did NOT return phone calls! Because of his incompetence we lost our case. We met with another attorney and he confirmed we should have won our case easily but had a bad lawyer. After meeting with him several times to discuss our case, he seemed to not even remember who we were. Very dissatisfied and would never recommend.
