Easy and Fast!!

Tom made the entire process so easy. Highly, highly recommend him to anyone going through financial hardship. Very reasonable price as well. Thanks for everything Tom!

Extremely fast

He handled my bankruptcy quickly. He told me what i needed to bring and had everything set up by the next day. He even showed up to court early and i know a lot of fashionably late lawyers. I would highly recommend him for anyone that's even considering bankruptcy to give him a call

Professional, Knowledgeable, & Courteous

AMAZING!!

I was initially very anxious about the bankruptcy process. However, Tom put me at ease every step of the way. I had emailed Tom with many questions in the beginning as this was the first time I have had to file for bankruptcy. His response time was almost immediate. He was very patient with me and av...ailable to address my concerns at any given time. Tom was referred to me by a friend and he was the first person I called to inquire about filing for bankruptcy. I also had 4 other attorneys that friends had recommended. From my initial call inquiring about his services, I knew immediately that I did NOT need to call the other 4 recommendations. Tom was very personable and I knew instantly that I was in great hands. I cannot stress enough how professional, knowledgeable and patient that he is. I am extremely impressed and grateful for his services and ability to handle my initial fears, stress and anxiety during the start of the process. I had an incredible amount of paperwork which was pretty time consuming which he handled promptly. In a matter of 7 days Tom was able to file my case. I’m certain that had I had everything together upon our first meeting, he could have filed my case within 24 hours. Thank you Tom for your impeccable service, guidance, advice, time and helping me to gain the fresh start which I so desperately needed! Puts you at ease

Mr. Hensel walked me through the process and explained every step very clearly. He was reassuring and calming through the whole thing. He understood my situation and didn't charge me more than I could afford. He was great at communication. front start to finish.
