Tom was a great choice for representation. When I came to his office he was warm AND professional. I had so many questions, and he took time to answer them all. I was quite nervous and apprehensive to do something like this, but Tom, always responded to my questions quickly and made me feel reassured... about what I was doing. I was very nervous and worried about filing for bankruptcy. I've been putting it off for a long time. Sadly, not long enough for my debts to have erased themselves. Just long enough for my debt collectors to have started suing me. It was absolutely nerve-wracking. As soon as I sat down with Tom, ...I felt relief. He has a very calm way about him. Not only did he educate me on the process, he also talked to me like a human being. He talked to me about the regularity of this occurrence for others. And generally, made me feel at ease about filing. Tom made it as quick and painless as possible. He was perfect, in literally every way throughout my case. He was thorough and informative, explaining my role and his, every step of the way. Had checklists for documents and accurate court & filing fee amounts and deadlines, etc. His communication level is above exceptional. Any time I had a question, he always answered me by the next day, no matter what day or time it was when I emailed the question (I work midnights and have an odd schedule). And if it was a pressing or deadline related question, he answered almost, and sometimes, immediately. Tom would touch base before all deadlines, even if we were ready for the deadline. He would just touch base as a reminder and again give a brief summary of the step we were taking. It may seem a bit redundant. But what it brought me, was peace of mind. I always knew what was going on. No lost and confused calls to the lawyer about...where exactly are we now??... Flawless. And Fantastic!

From the start, Thomas took an intimidating, anxiety inducing experience and made it not only something I could handle, but he also gave me the confidence to follow through on something I struggled with for a long time. He was in steady contact, answered my questions before I could ask them, and p...repared me for everything that could and did cone up along the way. He showed genuine care for my case, and from start to finish he left me with a sense of optimism that would have otherwise been anxiety. I was constantly impressed with his engagement, professionalism, and also human touch. He described the specifics of how everything would go down to every detail, in advance, so I felt prepared and comfortable even in the courthouse. I could not possibly put into words how much I would recommend him over anyone else. After watching other cases before me where the lawyer and client were hardly on the same page, it reinforced everything I felt and reiterated the importance of my decision to hire thomas. He was impeccable in every aspect of handling my case.

My husband and I met with Tom in a desperate time of need. We walked in nervous and scared as this was a second case for us. I was so afraid of being judged. After our meeting I felt nothing like that. He made us feel secure and ok with our decision. He is very open and honest and truly helpful even ...after the case.
