Making good out of a bad situation

Mr. Hensel was amazing! He was patient and understanding help me walk through every step. I was very nervous going in by the time we left he had me at ease. I could not say enough good things about him. If you ever find yourself in this situation I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Professional, sympathetic and client focused attorney

I found Tom a few years back when I was searching for a knowledgeable and affordable bankruptcy and debt services attorney. I had to postpone hiring him after our consultation at that time but fast forward a few years later when I contacted him and he actually had my initial information and recal...led who I was from a previous inquiry. Talk about good customer service. He took time reviewing my case, explaining all questions I had regarding the procedure and was always available to address any concerns along the way. He offers flexible payment options which certainly helps when you are in this situation. He is very professional, kind and provides a step by step process so you are never in the dark about how things occur when filing bankruptcy. He always was available and returned calls and messages within 24 hours or less. I would recommend Tom to family, friends and anyone who finds themselves in this unfortunate situation. You are in good hands!

Great Lawyer!!!!

Before hiring an attorney for my Bankruptcy case, I met with several lawyers. I decided to go with Tom, because he was nice, not arrogant, nor did he talk down to me as some of the other lawyer's I met with. As a matter of fact one lawyer I met gave Thomas a favorable recommendation. During my int...eraction with Thomas, he was professional, answered all my questions. responded to all my emails, and if I called he answered and took time out to make sure my concerns were addressed. When we met for my 341 meeting, he made sure I fully understood what was going to happen, he kept me calm. I would recommend him if you are considering bankruptcy. He will make a very stressful time easy for you!

Friendly and Professional

We hired Tom to help us with a Chapter XIII bankruptcy. We found Tom to be very friendly and professional. He was very knowledgeable and patient when answering all of our questions. And he was a strong advocate when we needed to modify our plan. Strongly recommended!

My experience

I hired Tom for my case he was great very professional my case went just like he said it would.Was very good at explaining how everything would go. Hiring him was the best thing I did if I needed him again he would be the person I would hire.He knows his job very well.
