10/10 would recommend

Tom handled my Chapter 13 bankruptcy following a volatile divorce proceeding where I was left virtually penniless. Thanks to Tom and his knowledge and expertise, I was able to keep my children’s home and rebuild my life with minimal stress surrounding my bankruptcy proceedings. Tom handled everything... and made the entire process almost completely effortless on my end. Tom came highly recommended to me by two close friends, one of them being a bankruptcy lawyer himself who had his own bankruptcy handled by Tom. I would recommend Tom to anyone who is considering filing a bankruptcy. Thanks for all of your help, Tom!

Reviews matter. I chose Tom based on his reviews, and the rating he has is deserved. His service is excellent. Making the decision to file for bankruptcy is scary and nauseating but he made the entire process easy and painless.

Awesome Attorney!!!!!

I met with Tom and he patiently went over his fees and explained everything that would be required of me. l gave him the go ahead and Tom immediately began to work on my case. He was great at communicating with me in a very timely manner via email. Tom was very professional and efficient in all that ...he did and said concerning my case. Incredible

Extremely professional! I set up an appointment with Mr. Hensel with no knowledge of bankruptcy and completely unsure of what i was getting myself into. Mr. Hensel looked over my financial situation and came up with the best plan the help me go forward and get my debt under control. The great thing a...bout it is that he did not just represent me but he helped me understand every aspect throughout the entire process! This attorney will be highly recommended from me for his great professional attitude and compassion!

Knowledgeable and Professional Attourney

After struggling to complete a previous bankruptcy with an other lawyer, we were fortunate to find Mr. Hensel. His understanding of the bankruptcy law, willingness to answer questions promptly and go above and beyond in unique situations (i.e. purchase two vehicles while in the plan) are great asset...s. In addition to his consistent help, his relationships with the court and trustee allowed us to complete our case and find a much better financial footing. We'd highly recommend Mr. Hensel to see any one through a tough situation like a bankruptcy.
