Professional staright shooter

Attorney Tom Hensel is an excellent bankruptcy lawyer who knows the system. When I made the difficult decision to file bankruptcy, Not only was his service affordable, he seem to know my situation, and with compassion kept me updated on the process every step of the way. Tom made the process smooth... and led me to the peace I needed. I would highly recommend him.

Outstanding Representation

I would recommend Mr. Hensel to anyone and everyone looking for a superb lawyer in the area. When I first contacted him he was able to get me in the same week and even stayed after normal hours to accommodate my work schedule. He answered all my questions thoroughly (even though I had some dumb ones)... and was very kind and patient. He promptly answered all of my subsequent emailed questions very quickly and throughly as well. It was personal service even though I’m sure he has a heavy case load. He explained the entire process to me so there were no surprises and his fees were more than reasonable. I hope I never need his services again but If you do, you can’t go wrong with him.

Not caring or attentive

The bankruptcy procedure was not explained to us well. When we would email him with a question, it would take days for him to return it and usually only after we sent another email. He never talked to us on the phone, we left a couple messages for him. He did nothing but file paperwork and make a ...lot of money from it. He talked to us as if we were not intelligent people. I tried to get him to give us specific explanations but they were not forthcoming. I think he would be ok for a cookie cutter type bankruptcy but not helpful for ours.

Bankruptcy Made Extremely Easy

I chose Thomas Hensel to handle my bankruptcy based on numerous recommendations and do not regret the choice one bit. I dealt exclusively with Thomas and the entire process was extremely easy. It only took 3 months and I honestly forgot I was even going through bankruptcy because Thomas handled every...thing. The stress of having to deal with financial crisis and realizing my only option was to file bankruptcy was hard enough, let alone keeping up with my current bills. Working with Thomas alleviated all my concerns and was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I highly recommend Thomas Hensel if you want an affordable and easy way to file bankruptcy.
