The bankruptcy procedure was not explained to us well. When we would email him with a question, it would take days for him to return it and usually only after we sent another email. He never talked to us on the phone, we left a couple messages for him. He did nothing but file paperwork and make a ...lot of money from it. He talked to us as if we were not intelligent people. I tried to get him to give us specific explanations but they were not forthcoming. I think he would be ok for a cookie cutter type bankruptcy but not helpful for ours.

I've never had to consider filing bankruptcy before and although I had done some homework, I still sought clarity and had my doubts as to whether or not I was making the right decision.
