Mr. Bredow was very helpful and cordial answering legal questions that I had. His knowledge was rather extensive highlighting various scenarios and potentialities. In my particular instance he even recommended that for my situation an attorney would be more expensive at this time. I highly recommend him and is honest approach. In the future if I have need I would gladly employee him as my representation.

"Mark is an excellent lawyer. When I interacted with him during his time as a Chapter 13 trustee attorney it struck me that in addition to working very hard to get the job done, he took getting the right legal answer very seriously and diligently kept current on developments. He would challenge my position where appropriate, but it was never about ego but instead simply getting the right result. Since then I've discussed cases and issues with Mark, always coming away impressed with his insights. He's also easy to communicate with, and accessible."
