"Mark is an excellent lawyer. When I interacted with him during his time as a Chapter 13 trustee attorney it struck me that in addition to working very hard to get the job done, he took getting the right legal answer very seriously and diligently kept current on developments. He would challenge my position where appropriate, but it was never about ego but instead simply getting the right result. Since then I've discussed cases and issues with Mark, always coming away impressed with his insights. He's also easy to communicate with, and accessible."
"While staff counsel for the Flint Chapter 13 Trustee, Mark was always available to discuss cases with debtors' attorneys, making it easier to resolve problems over the phone and e-mail, rather than at the courthouse, which is much better for everyone involved. He has an in-depth knowledge of bankruptcy law and procedure which would inure to the benefit of any client."

"I don't think a client can ask for much more than a bankruptcy attorney who has represented creditors, the Chapter 13 Trustee and debtors. He has the legal knowledge to get a good result no matter what situation a client is in."
"I've known Mark about 13 years now. He's spent time representing Debtors, Creditors and Trustees so he knows the practice of bankruptcy law from all angles. He's a perfectionist who always fights hard for his clients. I'm proud to call him a colleague and friend."
"I've known Mark for several years and have found him to be professional, always interested in expanding his legal knowledge to remain at the top of his game, and diligent."
