Brian Alan Sommers

Brian sommers is a top notch attorney. There is no beating around the bush with Brian. He is very good at what he does. I have had dealings with 2 other law firms with so so lawyers. This was not the case with Mr. Sommers. He is very prompt, professional and on the ball. I would not use another attor...ney for family law. He took the time to hear my concerns and discuss my options in length. I felt like Mr. Sommers actually cared about me and my problems. He did not treat me as just another paying client. Brian handled my Montgomery County divorce case over the past ten months and I have been extremely happy with his representation. A little review of my case needs to be stated here. I got served with divorce papers in Aug. 2010, and because of the property division, I had hired two previous attorneys and interviewed several others. I met Mr. Sommers a little over 3 years ago. He helped me with my divorce and through a nasty custody battle of my five children . His advise was always right on . He took my case seriously and fought for my childrens rights and best interest . Two of my children had severe health issues and he made ...sure they were safe and where I could give them the best care they could get . When my ex tried bully and harass me he put a stop to it immediatly . Outside of the court room he is very down to earth and personal . He actually remembered all of my children , most people wouldnt bother doing that . When ever there was a problem that I felt there was no solution to he always had a great one  .
