Ms Strobl was very thorough with my estate planning. She took the time (even with the deluge of questions I kept asking) to explain step by step how the process works. She was always polite and professional. I am more than satisfied with my will and other estate planning documents. When I got the bill, I was pleasantly surprised as well. Thanks for the great work, Ms. Strobl!

My issue was pretty simple for Lori to deal with, but was a major headache for me. After I explained my situation, she told me my options and gave her thoughts on what my employer's likely response would be. We discussed everything and she was able to resolve the problem quickly and efficiently. Thank you!

I hired this firm to represent me and everything was fine until I was contacted about the status of my case. That would've been fine, but the documentation was in my file which cost a couple hundred Dillard's for this office to create. Not only was I billed for the email requesting the status (when documentation was right in front of her) then charging to update my file (with info that was already given to the firm, it makes no sense. They seem to be desperate for billable hours. Beware!! Also, the office is changing its name to Siemann & associates.
