Injured victims have recovered well over $1 million through Mike’s representation in auto accident; dog bite; product liability and discrimination claims. He has successfully litigated a variety of complex business cases, ranging from partnership disputes to successfully defending a non-compete agreement. Some of his biggest wins, though, have come by representing people at their most challenging moments, such as when he was successfully had a criminal conviction reversed by the Ohio Supreme Court in just his second year of practice.
