Roberta S. Fay brings decades of experience and a deep commitment to family law as an Ohio State Bar Association Board Certified Family Relations Law Specialist. A Cincinnati native, Ms. Fay graduated from Piqua High School in 1988 and pursued her passion for history, earning a Bachelor of Arts from Wright State University in 1997. She later achieved her Juris Doctor from the University of Dayton School of Law in 2000.
Ms. Fay has dedicated her entire legal career to family law, with a focus on high-asset divorce litigation, domestic relations, and child custody cases. Her work as a court-appointed Guardian ad Litem has been particularly meaningful, allowing her to advocate for the well-being of children in complex legal situations.
