I'm a Midwest residents who was having series problems with my timeshare agreement. But when I checked out various web-sites and spoke to representatives of some of these companies I kept seeing red flags. My husband and I purchased a timeshare in full for $20,000 and only a month later we started to notice that it was not as good of a deal as we initially thought. Unfortunately there was absolutely no way we could cancel much less get a refund. We started to notice that the sales person lied to us in ...order to make the sale and what we initially though was a good buy turned out to be a nightmare! Whenever I called the company to discuss how unhappy I was that the sales person lied to us, all they could say was "So sorry that happened" I was very upset and wanted my money back ASAP. The only option we had was to try and resell, which seemed impossible because after our research we realized that no one would buy it for what we bought it for. I called timeshare cancelation companies and they all told me that they MIGHT be able to get me out of the timeshare but they DO NOT THINK I can get a refund. Susan helped my husband and I with the unthinkable. She was very understanding of our situation and also thought that we deserved a full refund. Susan is very professional and for a lack of a better word, she knows her stuff!! She is very trustworthy, patient and I really like that I never felt rushed when explaining my case to her. Susan did her research, gathered everything necessary and demanded, from the timeshare company, a cancelation with a full refund. Thanks to Susan Budowski, my husband I have been released from this timeshare company and we received our FULL 100% refund of $20,000.

My husband and I have been timeshare owners for thirty-two years. During these years we’ve enjoyed our vacations but were always left with an unsettled feeling after meeting with timeshare reps.
