My family and I went to Florida on vacation and we got a good room rate by signing up with a company that said we would have to go to a short presentation. Despite what my mom and family told me about timeshares the presenter was able to steer us into purchasing a timeshare by telling us we could use... our time to make extra income and that it was very easy to do this. The presenter told us that his nephew's only source of income was the timeshares he rented and he also told us of people who lost their jobs and they relied solely on their timeshares for income. I was not aware of the lying that occurs at these presentations. Long story short, since there were many loopholes, such as, the notary not being present during the signing and other false information provided to us, Susan Budowski was able to get us a full refund minus the lawyer fees (which was very little considering what the timeshare would cost in the long run). The process took longer than I would have liked because of the timeshare company making excuses and dragging their feet, but overall I am very happy that Susan was able to get us out of the contract and get our money back. I am very thankful for finding Susan on the web and not paying the fake firms out there that do nothing but steal your money. I thank Susan and her employees for helping us out.

lawyer susas budowski helped us out of our time share even though they said a lawyer couldn`t do any thing to get us out of the contacts we made. she told us that she might not be able to help us ,but she did also tell us what results she would try to get for us. Susan was always responded to our que...stions asap which most times was when she answered the phone and let me know what was happing with our case. In the end she got all we asked for. I would recommend her to any one has trouble with a time share contact. I just finish using the expertise of Attorney Susan Budowski. I had a timeshare matter in which I felt like the company had trick me into signing a contract to purchase a timeshare. Overall when I tried to cancel they sent me through a lot. I hired Attorney Budowski who info me how much it will cost ..., and about how long it will take.
