We have wanted out of our timeshare for several years, but dreaded the expense and hassle. Every year when the maintenance fees came due we would experience anxiety and frustration. We really could not afford it, the fees where rising and where due right after Christmas. It had become so stressf...ul and we really felt trapped. To be clear, I should specify we have had our timeshare mortgage paid off for years and our annual maintenance fee was paid for the year. Also, we had used our vacation week for the year and we where rapidly approaching January 1st and the need to pay our maintenance fees again or face steep penalties. In our research of how to get out, we scoured the internet. We identified 3 options to explore. Two well know, nationally advertised timeshare releases companies and Susan. We did the online request for one of the companies after a brief, uninformative phone conversation. They never called us back. Then, we looked into and spoke with a well known business that was confident they could get us out of our timeshare but it felt just as shady as a timeshare presentation and might take more than 6 months and cost more than 3 times our maintenance fees (ours are high, nearly $2000). Lastly, and somewhat skeptically, we had a phone consultation with Susan. She was more than confident she could get us out, her pricing was MUCH more reasonable. It didn't require much decision making, we would use Susan. We let her know right away, but it was late on November 16th. We signed the engagement letter on the 17th and later that same day we received an email that they had agreed to release us from our timeshare, she had received the deed already. That night, we paid the fee to Susan electronically and she emailed us the deed . On Friday the 18th, we signed the deed with the notary and mailed the deed, along with a check (a relatively small fee that our timeshare required to process the cancellation) to our timeshare company. Our work was over. We waited and watched as things happened. First the timeshare company received the deed on Monday, November 21 (we had a tracking number). On December 2nd our check to the timeshare company was cashed. On December 19th we noted that all of the maintenance fees that where coming due where reversed. On December 28th the timeshare website reflected that there was no active membership for our information. On January 27th we received the recorded deed. We are thrilled to be out and so very grateful for Susan who was patient with our questions, quick to reply to our emails, reassuring in the process and available to us every step of the way. We recognize that each case might not as smooth, but are confident in saying it would be because of your timeshare company, not because of Susan. We were impressed with Susan's You Tube presentations, which made sense (liked her name, too). We contacted her and actually spoke to HER! She got the job done in a timely manner, in spite of the holidays. Susan always responded to our emails simply and directly. We used an advocacy group for our... first catastrophe with another time share company(duh...), which was too expensive, took way too long, kept us in a panic and had us do most of the work. Susan was quick, efficient, and way less stressful than the advocacy group. Using her was the smartest thing we've done in a long time!

From our first consultation through the Deed Transfer Susan explained in detail full the process and what would happen next. Initial I was skeptical that our timeshare contact could be canceled, I had tried to negotiate with my timeshare company they were totally unreceptive and rejected all of requ...ests. Susan explained that she was successful in getting timeshare contacts cancelled and that she felt she could be successful with our case. Once we agreed to proceed Susan was able to get our timeshare company to agree to our cancelling our contact. My only regret was that we had waited so long be finding Susan.
