I would Recommend.
Mr. Tierney was hired by me last year for a case I was dealing with by a predatory company. Although he's not everyone's cup of tea, He did handle the case efficiently and swiftly. THIEF
Took $400 from me and I missed a payment because my account was compromised. He canceled the contract the same day payment was declined and refused to return my payments. Stated I would pay 2 days later and he refused. Absolutely would not recommend. He's a thief!!!
