Ms. Silva was so negligent in her duties to me and my children, that she shouldn't be able to practice law. She cost me over $9,000, and I had to get another attorney to finish my divorce, because she refused to keep my children safe. She didn't have me complete an online parenting class, that was ...supposed to have been done immediately. She wanted to interview my teenage children, which cost me $275, and ignored their request of once a week visitation for the day, as it currently was then. She laughed at them, and said, no. When I finally got him out of the house, I found out later that he was supposed to be paying the bills, as if he were still here. He would send bills to Ms. Silva, and she would forward them to me, instead of informing him that he was still responsible for paying them. My new attorney was astonished when she looked online and saw how negligent Ms. Silva had been in my divorce case.
